How to Roll a Roulade

STep One:

Take one Country Chef Pavlova Sheet and lie on a flat surface.

Step Two:

Whip up your favourite filling and place a measured 200g on top of the Pavlova Sheet. Spread evenly.

Step Three:

Pick an edge of the Pavlova and peal back enough of the backing paper to fold the Pavlova Sheet onto itself.  Continue to pull back the paper, rolling the pavlova onto itself.

Step Four:

Once rolled, gently cut with a sharp knife and serve with garnishes.
